This FAQ resolves most routine questions without requiring you to contact support. If your question is not answered here, or if you need help with a specific account issue, reach out to our support team via in-app messaging or email. We respond during standard business hours.

For detailed legal information—including jurisdiction restrictions, data handling, and your rights—read our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice. Those pages explain the full scope of our service, the law that governs your account, and how we handle your personal data. This FAQ focuses on practical how-to guidance.

Account and registration

During registration, you provide your full legal name, date of birth, national ID number (KTP or equivalent), email address, mobile phone number, and country or city of residence. We use this information to verify your identity and confirm that you are eligible to use forza in your jurisdiction. If you are registering from Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, or Medan, you will be asked to confirm your city during the verification step.

After you submit your registration, our verification team reviews your documents. This process typically takes a few hours. Once verified, you can deposit funds and access all forza markets—Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League, live-dealer tables, and slot games. If verification is delayed or declined, we will notify you via email with next steps.

To deposit via local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, log in to your forza account and select "Deposit" from the menu. Choose your payment method (mobile banking, local payment, or online payment). You will be shown a deposit amount field. Enter your desired amount and confirm. You will be redirected to the payment app on your phone or browser.

Complete the payment in your e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment app. Once the payment is confirmed, the funds appear in your forza wallet within seconds. If the deposit does not arrive within a few minutes, check your payment app to confirm the transaction went through. If you see a confirmation in your app but the funds have not appeared in forza, contact support with your transaction ID.

RTP stands for Return to Player. It is a percentage that describes how much of all money wagered on a slot game is returned to players over a long period of time. For example, a slot with means that, on average, 96 cents of every dollar wagered is paid back to players as winnings. The remaining non-specific info is the house edge.

RTP is a statistical average calculated over thousands of spins. Individual sessions can vary widely—you may win or lose more than the RTP suggests in a short time. forza displays the RTP for each slot game (Aviator, Sweet Bonanza, Gates of Olympus, Fortune Tiger, Mahjong Ways) in the game info section. Higher RTP does not guarantee a win; it is a long-term average only.

Free bets and free spins are promotional credits that forza awards to eligible users. Free bets can be used on sportsbook markets (Liga 1, Piala AFF, Champions League). Free spins can be used on specific slot games. These credits appear in your account under "Promotions" or "My Bonuses" after you meet the eligibility criteria (for example, after your first deposit or during a seasonal promotion like Idul Fitri or Idul Adha).

Free bets and free spins come with terms—they may be valid for a limited time, usable only on certain games or markets, and subject to wagering requirements. Check the promotion details in your account to see the exact terms. If a free bet or free spin expires before you use it, it is forfeited. forza does not extend expiration dates or issue replacements.

To request deletion of your personal data, contact our support team via in-app messaging or email. Include the phrase "data deletion request" in your message. Provide your account username and the email address associated with your account. Our privacy team will review your request and respond within a standard timeframe.

Before we can delete your data, your account must be closed and your balance withdrawn or forfeited. We cannot delete data from an active account. If you have a balance remaining, you must withdraw it first or confirm that you forfeit it. Once your account is closed and your request is processed, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

You can reach forza support by email at the address listed in your account settings under "Help" or "Contact Us". We respond to email inquiries during standard business hours. Include your account username and a clear description of your issue in your email. If your issue involves a payment or transaction, include the transaction ID or date so we can look it up quickly.

For faster help, use in-app messaging if available on your device. In-app messages are often answered more quickly than email. For urgent account issues (such as a suspected unauthorized login), contact support via in-app messaging first, then follow up with an email to ensure your request is logged.

forza services are available only in jurisdictions where local law permits online gaming and sportsbook activity. We do not publish a complete list of supported jurisdictions because this list changes as regulations evolve. If you are unsure whether forza is available in your location, contact our support team before signing up.

If you attempt to register from an unsupported jurisdiction, your account creation will be declined. We do not offer refunds for accounts created in unsupported jurisdictions. By using forza, you confirm that your access complies with the laws of your own jurisdiction. We are not liable for legal consequences that arise from use in a jurisdiction where our services are prohibited.

forza does not charge deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your payment provider (online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet) may charge fees for certain transactions. Check your payment app or bank account to see if a fee applies. forza does not control these fees—they are set by your payment provider.

When you withdraw funds from forza, the amount you request is transferred to your payment method. If your payment provider deducts a fee, that fee is taken from the amount you receive, not added on top. forza does not add any additional charges. If you have questions about payment provider fees, contact your bank or payment app directly.
